As I may or may not have mentioned before, the extraordinary growth of the number of mosques in France is a dynamic in no small part sustained by a caste of traitorous mayors, from both left and what passes for "right" (but especially from the left). It is such an outspoken phenomenon that a book has been written about it: "Ces maires qui courtisent l'Islamisme", by Joachim Véliocas:

... a church donated by the French to the Christians of Iraq in 1860 had its clock tower blown up by IS:
