NIGHTMARE: BELGIUM'S MOST PRESTIGIOUS CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY NOW BOASTING A CHAIR ISLAMIC THEOLOGY.

The Catholic university of Louvain (KUL, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven) is Belgium's oldest, founded in 1425. In the 2012-2013 Times Higher Education Supplement (THES) university ranking, it was ranked 58th in the world and 13th in Europe, making it the highest ranked university from the low countries (The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg) in either category.

Today De Standaard eagerly printed the following:

"Flemish Minister of Education Pascal Smet and the Rector of the Catholic University of Louvain (KU Leuven) Rik Torfs officially inaugurated the University's new one-year course 'Islamic Theology and Religious Sciences'.

Flemish Education Minister Pascal Smet supports the new course this year with a 140,000 EUR portfolio and has earmarked 160,000 EUR every following year.

Lieven Boeve, Head of the Faculty Theology and Religious Sciences, and future Top Administrator of Catholic Education, hopes to be able to start with 10 to 20 students."

I wonder what madam Lafrarchi, islamic teacher, has to say about the alternative lifestyle of her sponsor, the openly gay Flemish Education Minister Pascal Smet?

In other news, Cairo's al-Azhar University will next year begin with a Chair Christian Theology.

And if you don't believe that, I have a missing Boeing 777 to sell you. Its Hindu skipper hijacked it because he was mildly offended by the torching of Hindu places of worship in Pakistan recently.
