◾The West, especially Europe, continues to be taken aback every time a new terror attack occurs, as if each one were the first.


◾"We are importing Islamic extremism, Arab anti-Semitism, national and ethnic conflicts of other peoples, as well as a different understanding of society and law." — From a leaked German intelligence document.


◾The current generation of European political leaders has exhibited an irresponsibility and lack of leadership that is almost infantile.



One of the most surprising aspects of the terrorist attacks in Paris on Friday night is how "deeply shocked" members of the European political establishment appeared to be.

Angela Merkel, David Cameron and the Pope all expressed their condolences -- and "deep shock" -- at the well-coordinated, citywide terror attacks in six different places across Paris, which as of this writing have claimed at least 128 lives and more than 200 wounded. French President François Hollande confirmed that Islamic State terrorists perpetrated the attacks, carried out with suicide bombings, hand grenades and assault rifles. According to witnesses, terrorists were heard yelling, "Allahu Akbar" ['Allah is the Greatest"] and "this is for Syria" as they shot into the audience at the Bataclan Theater, where a rock concert was underway.




Although the writing has literally been on the wall in blood for the past decade and a half, the West, especially Europe, continues to be taken aback every time a new terror attack occurs, as if each one were the first.

After 9/11 in the United States; the 2004 Madrid train bombings, which killed nearly 200 and wounded 2000, and the 2005 attacks on London's transit system where 56 people were killed and 700 wounded, world leaders have no conceivable excuse left to be shocked and surprised at mass terrorism occurring in the midst of Western capitals.

As recently as a month ago, Andrew Parker, director-general of Britain's MI5, said that the terror threat to the UK was at its highest level in more than three decades and "growing." British police and intelligence agencies have intervened to foil six terrorist plots in the past year alone. "That is the highest number I can recall in my 32-year career, certainly the highest number since 9/11," he said. "It represents a threat which is continuing to grow, largely because of the situation in Syria and how that affects our security."

Instead of Britain, these attacks happened in France. They could have happened in Germany, where police revealed the arrest of a man whom they believe may be connected the Paris attacks. Recently, the Welt Am Sonntag newspaper cited intelligence warnings that "the integration of hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants Germany is no longer possible in light of the number and already existing parallel societies." "Parallel societies" refers to Muslim communities that have little or no contact with the rest of the society in their host countries. According to an intelligence document obtained by Welt am Sonntag, "We are importing Islamic extremism, Arab anti-Semitism, national and ethnic conflicts of other peoples, as well as a different understanding of society and law." Most ominously, however, the intelligence document went on to say that "German security agencies ... will not be in the position to solve these imported security problems and thereby the reactions arising from Germany's population."

Already in February, it was reported in several European newspapers, among them the British Daily Telegraph, that ISIS threatened Europe with an influx of 500,000 migrants, which would include ISIS operatives hiding among them, to create chaos on the continent.

Astoundingly, European leaders nevertheless allowed the current wave of migrants to flood into their countries. Many of these migrants hide underground, often in the suburbs with these "parallel societies;" with European authorities unable to account for their whereabouts.

In September, a Syrian ISIS smuggler told the British daily, The Express, that more than 4,000 covert ISIS gunmen had been smuggled into Western nations, and were "ready" across the European Union. He also said that the undercover infiltration was the beginning of a larger plot to carry out attacks in the West, allegedly in retaliation for the US-led coalition airstrikes against ISIS.

In September, Lebanon's education minister, Elias Bou Saab, estimated that thousands of ISIS "radicals" were among the 1.1 million Syrians currently in refugee camps. He predicted that one in 50 migrants are members of the terror organization. Although at the time, the minister admitted that he had no solid information on the infiltration of refugees, he said, "My gut feeling is ISIS are facilitating an operation. To go to Europe and other places."

The terrorist attacks in Paris are the direct and deplorable result of political cowardice and inertia. Politicians are unable or unwilling to name the problems by their rightful name. The politicians have been shying away from engaging with the enormous security and social problems that Muslim immigration into Europe and the West has caused and continues to cause.

In the face of the Islamic terrorism that the West has been experiencing for more than a decade. The current generation of European political leaders has exhibited an irresponsibility and lack of leadership that is almost infantile by allowing unchecked Muslim immigration into Europe, with its free, open borders. The question is whether the terrorist attacks in Paris will finally amount to a wake-up call for the West's political establishment.

The author of the piece - I did not deem her 'article' worth reading lest I get migraine - is Natalie Nougayrède, a columnist, leader writer and foreign affairs commentator for the Guardian. She is FRENCH, by the way. Previously she was executive editor and managing editor of Le Monde. Which explains a lot of course. Look, just look, at that smug, know-it-all, holier-than-thou visage.

Lunatics like Nougayrède are going to get us all killed.

Three of them occurred in the east of Paris: in the Rue de la Fontaine au Roi, the Rue de Charenton and in the Bataclan Theatre, where at this moment there's still about 100 people held hostage. There are also reports of shooting at Les Halles and at the Louvre.

Investigators seized numerous items from the backpack Mohammad carried into the classroom, including several zip-tie handcuffs, petroleum jelly, a night-vision scope, a safety hammer, and rolls of duct tape, among other things.

Warnke said it remains unclear precisely what Mohammad had planned. Local and federal authorities, including the FBI and U.S. Department of Homeland Security, have yet to find anything to explain his motivation.

“We have nothing to indicate this person was on anybody’s radar,” Warnke said, “absolutely nothing they could find to indicate he was doing anything other than being a college student at UC Merced.”

Mohammad was shot and killed by UC police Wednesday after he stabbed and wounded four people in the ramapage that began in a second-floor classroom..."

"If Merkel does not change course, she cannot stay on as Chancellor. The borders shall be closed with Merkel or the borders shall be closed without Merkel".

Most "refugees" enter Germany via southern Bavaria where the authorities can no longer cope with the massive influx. Not surprisingly, neighbor Austria is also finally voicing criticism on Germany's open door policy, with the Austrian Foreign Minister, Sebastian Kurz, now demanding strongly that this policy is discontinued.

What a difference six weeks make! On 12 September, Werner Faymann, the Austrian Chancellor, compared Hungarian PM Viktor Orban's measures against the "refugees" to the nazi deportation of Jews. We don't hear much of Mr Faymann anymore. Below you see a video of Austrian people demonstrating in Spielfeld, near the border with Slovenia. These people experienced firsthand that the influx of asylum seekers is nothing less than a muslim invasion. INVASION AT THE SLOVENIAN/AUSTRIAN BORDER.

There are several factors in the developing migration nightmare. Chief among them is the failure of islam as a societal model. We will never have to welcome South Korean refugees because South Koreans are doing a stellar job of creating and maintaining a state where it is good to live. OK, we did receive people on the run from these quarters: in the late seventies, and they were called Boat People. But that phenomenon was courtesy the left's abandonment of South Vietnam and it's subsequent communist takeover.

But the message is, or should be clear. Muslims cannot create prosperous and free societies where people, guaranteed safety, jobs and health care, are content to stay. The ultra-rich Gulf States and KSA do not count, since social unrest is warded off with petrodollars, but that is a situation that in the long term cannot last.

No, islamic states know no distinction between faith (what they call their "faith") and the state, and the results are telling: islamic states are BAD to live in - and going on WORSE.

Then there is of course Merkel's insane invitation to come to Germany - because that's what it was.

But a third factor is, naturally, Greece's complete inability to shield it's borders. If the flow of "refugees" would be stopped THERE, manu militari if needs be, then the rest of the continent would not find itself in the horrible conundrum it's currently in.

In the back of my mind I have a sneaking suspicion that part of Greece's failure to close it's borders is payback for Germany's tough stance during the debt talks of last summer. I bet most of the Greeks enjoy more than a little Schadenfreude at letting hundreds of thousands muslim good-for-nothings through.

Now, even IF Greece would really be incapable of simply closing it's borders, what about the much-vaunted pan European military units? Eurocorps anyone? For decades I have heard leftist bigwigs brag about a single European Army (strong on HQ and weak on actual military hardware, for sure). Where is it?

Because that is the key to solving the crisis.

Instead of providing accommodation for millions of "refugees" in transit and at the places of dispersal, which will have the inevitable result of simply attracting MORE of them, all Europe needs to do is send multinational EU troops to Greece and seal the borders. Mission accomplished.

Any serious EU politician should ask himself this: has a Europe that is not even capable of preventing as yet unarmed assailants from entering it's territory even a right to proclaim it is a 'superpower'? Because that's how the cohorts of profiteers around Juncker, Schulze, Tusk, Verhofstadt et al consider their 'project'.

Today, rather than being prodded and cajoled toward the abyss with labyrinthine philosophical polemics and utopian rhetoric, we hurtle into disaster on greased wheels of sheer stupidity. In Canada’s instantiation of this final descent, the neo-Rousseauan idealism and distorted quest for “justice” that engendered the old Trudeaumania have been superseded by a simple, empty-headed mania, an enthusiastic longing for nothing. NATO’s Baltic Piranha ‘assurance drills’ kick off in Lithuania.

"Nearly 1,000 soldiers and around 100 pieces of military equipment have been deployed in Lithuania as part of the month-long Baltic Piranha military exercise taking place in the framework of NATO’s “assurance measures,” launched in response to perceived “challenges” posed by Russia.

The war games, which will last until October 28, will see 500 Lithuanian soldiers join forces with Belgian, American and Luxembourgian troops.

Some 280 soldiers from Belgium and 45 from Luxembourg have brought with them their own hardware to test it in action as part of the NATO Rapid Reaction Force. Belgians have arrived on board armored Piranha infantry vehicles, while Luxembourg’s soldiers delivered Dingo II reconnaissance vehicles.

The joint Belgian and Luxembourg company will train to provide support for the US Army’s 12th Combat Aviation Brigade soldiers. Currently around 200 US troops are stationed in the country on rotation.

“The exercise will include moving on public roads and parts of it will take place near populated areas, including meetings with local civilian institutions and people,” the Lithuanian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

The war games will take place at the Kairiai training ground near Klaipeda, and the firing range at Pagegiu, in addition to other facilities throughout the country."

The Belgian contingent is composed mainly of personnel drawn from the Leopoldsburg-based Bataljon Bevrijding - 5 Linie, a part of the Medium Brigade. It's an infantry unit equipped with the MOWAG Piranha Piranha IIIC 8×8. In 2006, the Belgian Army ordered 242 of them in 7 versions, with a breakup as follows: 99 for troop transport, 32 Df30 variants (armed with a rapid firing 30mm gun), 40 Df90's (armed with a 90mm gun), 24 commando and 18 engineer versions, 12 ambulances, and 17 recovery vehicles.

This deployment to Lithuania of around 25 Piranhas is the first operation abroad for the type in Belgian service:




The Fus DFC C90 (Direct Fire Concept Cannon-90mm) Piranha IIIc 8x8 is the most heavily armed version in the Belgian Army. It is equipped with a 90mm "KEnerga" Mk8 gun produced by CMI (Cockerill Maintenance et Ingénierie) in Seraing, near Liège. The gun is housed in a two-person LCTS 90DA1 turret and uses 90mm ammo specifically designed for the Mk8 gun by Mecar in Nivelles, south of Brussels. Rounds comprise a.o. the M690A1 APFSDS-T which can pierce 300mm steel at a distance of 2 km, and the M691A2 HEP-T which is primarily intended for use against bunkers and lightly armoured vehicles. The DFC C90 has 50 rounds on board, of which 20 are stored in the turret and the rest in the fuselage.




This is the second time in a year that Belgium deploys troops in the Baltic. Following the Russian de facto annexation of the Crimea and Russian involvement in Ukraine's civil war early in 2014, NATO has maintained an air policing mission over the Baltic. Until late summer 2015 this mission involved 16 jets from four NATO countries, operating from Siauliai Airbase in Lithuania, Amari Airbase in Estonia, and Malbork in Poland. For the rotation which finished at the end of August, the policing was done by four Royal Norwegian Air Force F-16s and four Italian Air Force Eurofighter Typhoons operating from Siauliai, four UK Royal Air Force Typhoons from Amari, and four Belgian Air Component F-16AMs at Malbork. Since 1 September, the mission has been reduced however to two nations and eight aircraft flying out of Siauliai and Amari only. The current rotation involves four Hungarian Saab Gripens at Siauliai and four Luftwaffe Typhoons at Amari.

In other words: Canadians voted to say no to hate! On CTV early in the evening, Jason Kenney popped up and pushed back against Lisa LaFlamme's suggestion that the niqab controversy had cost the Tories the election. He pointed out that polls showed some 80 per cent of Canadians opposed to new citizens being masked when taking their oath of allegiance to Queen and country: It had the unusual distinction of being a Harper policy with near universal appeal.

But so what? M Trudeau's narrative is the one that will prevail - that questioning Islamic self-segregation is at odds with "Canadian values". And so no politician with an eye to electoral viability will ever raise the subject again.

Most people want to think of themselves as "nice", and so it's easier to welcome the increasing presence of shrouded women on the streets of Canada as a deepening of our heartwarming embrace of self-affirmation-by-multiculturalism, rather than something that mocks any conventional notions of women's rights. Yet, whatever disquiet might be felt, they will take their signal from their politicians, and fall silent on the matter.

~South of the border, Ahmed the Clock Boy made his long-awaited visit to Washington to meet President Obama, following his pilgrimage to President Bashir of Sudan, the butcher of Darfur, a couple of days earlier. When Ahmed first got into trouble for bringing his "clock" to school, Obama Tweeted his approval ("Cool clock, Ahmed") and invited him to bring it to the White House. Since then, the official line - precocious all-American teen's enthusiasm and ingenuity stymied by ingrained Islamophobia - has taken a bit of a hit. Ahmed can't make a clock. All he can do is rip the guts out of some crappy Radio Shack thing from the Seventies, and tape it into a simulacrum of a suitcase bomb, which is not a skill to be disdained, at least in some parts of the world.

However, it's not really the talent all the hipster execs had in mind when, in the wake of the presidential Tweet, they invited Ahmed to visit the headquarters of Google, Facebook et al. The private sector apparently still has enough sense of self-preservation that the glamorous job offers and grants quietly faded away. And even the Oval Office had supposedly downgraded Ahmed's audience with Obama to part of the crowd scene on White House "Astronomy Night". But no: young Ahmed worked his way to the front of the line and was rewarded with a hug from the President.

The greatest clockmaker of our time explained that he'd been unable to bring his clock to Obama because he's been "too busy traveling", and it's kinda bulky, being the size not of a clock but a bomb, and evidently President Bashir's security in Khartoum being pickier about large ticking devices than the White House. But he's certainly "busy traveling": The quintessential Texas teenager and his family have accepted an offer to move to Qatar.

Nonetheless, like Niqab Girl, Clock Boy has taught us all a valuable lesson with his droll and spectacularly successful provocation. The US Department of Homeland Security's slogan is "If You See Something, Say Something" - unless it's something that might get you accused of Islamophobia, in which case keep it to yourself.

A primary school has reported a 10-year-old Muslim boy to police on suspicion of terrorism, after he complained about not having a prayer room on a field trip.

The boy, a pupil at Parkfield Community School in Birmingham, was on the trip when his 'changed' behaviour drew the teachers' attention.

He also told female Muslim pupils they needed to cover their faces with a head scarf, and expressed an 'alternative' view about the Charlie Hebdo attack...

The school referred the boy to police under the government's Prevent Duty initiative which provides guidance to teachers on spotting signs of extremism.

Over the last 12 months the school, which caters for more than 740 pupils between the ages of five and 11, has reported three pupils to the Counter Terrorism Unit.

All three children were referred after staff were concerned they were displaying signs of developing extremism.




But why is demanding a prayer room a sign of "developing extremism"? All kinds of Muslims demand prayer rooms hither and yon, and they're not all terrorists, are they? Besides, what's wrong with wanting a prayer room? Come to that, what's wrong with expressing an "alternative" view on Charlie Hebdo? After all, an audience of pampered middle-class liberal progressives at Trinity College, Dublin loves "alternative" views on Charlie Hebdo. Why shouldn't a ten-year-old at Parkfield Community School?

Oh, well. The great thing about a bureaucratic program that requires police investigation of grade-schoolers at risk of "developing extremism" is that it's the Big Government trifecta: expensive, time-consuming, and assuredly entirely ineffectual. Whereas, say, a policy of reducing Muslim immigration to the United Kingdom is just cloud-cuckoo land. Can't be done. Pie in the sky. Devoting police resources to investigating every ten-year-old schoolboy who says something "alternative": that we can do.

~Down Under, following the murder of a police accountant by a 15-year-old "violent extremist", authorities are now moving on to the jihad's junior varsity team:



Security agencies are monitoring a 12-year-old boy in relation to suspected terrorist activity, the Australian federal police commissioner, Andrew Colvin, has said, in the leadup to a security summit in Canberra on Thursday...


[Justice minister Michael] Keenan declined to say how many children under the age of 14 were on watchlists. "I do not think it is appropriate for me to go into that," he said.



Indeed. Being on a "watchlist" doesn't affect their performance in the school play or on the track team, so lighten up:



Australian Federal Police Commissioner Andrew Colvin said Australia's terrorist threat had evolved and become younger over the past year.

"We're shocked that a 12-year-old is on police radar for these types of matters," Colvin told Australian Broadcasting Corp. television.

ABC reported on Wednesday that the 12-year-old boy was the youngest of 18 suspected extremists named in a court document in March. The boy's name has not been published.

A LESBIAN'S DAUGHTER SPEAKS OUT.

"Dear LGBT Community,

I am not your daughter. I never carried a flag in one of your gay pride parades. I have never written a letter on your behalf to a congressman or anyone else, and I have never felt the need to make people accept the fact I am the daughter of a lesbian. Perhaps it’s because she never felt the need to force people to accept her for being one.

No, I would never align myself to a community as intolerant and self-absorbed as the LGBT community, a community that demands tolerance with fervor and passion, yet does not give it in return, even to its own members at times. In fact, this community attacks anyone who does not agree with them, no matter how lovingly any difference of opinion is expressed.

I myself am a product of the Lesbian Revolution of the 1980s. My mother always knew she liked girls, but tried hard to be a good, straight, southern Baptist girl. When I was a year old, she left my dad for another man, whom we lived with until I was somewhere around four years old. After the divorce, she told my father to leave, which he did, and in his own words, “I did because I knew I couldn’t fight the entire family to see you.” I cannot remember the man she left him for very well, but I can remember being happy living with him. It did not last, however, and when she left him, she left him for a woman.


Silencing People about Homosexuality Won’t Change What Kids Can See

I knew from a young age that living with two women was not natural. I could especially see it in the homes of my friends who had a mom and a dad. I spent as much time with those friends as I possibly could. I yearned for the affection that my friends received from their dads. I wanted to know what it was like to be held and cherished by a man, what it was like to live with one from day to day.

As far as I was concerned, I already had one mother; I did not need another. My dream was that my mother would decide she wanted to be with men again, but obviously that dream did not come true. My grandfathers and uncles did the best they could when it came to spending time with me and doing all the daddy-daughter stuff, but it was not the same as having a full-time father, and I knew it. It always felt secondhand.

Growing up without the presence of a man in my home damaged me personally. All I wanted from the time I was a little girl was a normal family. When I graduated high school, my thoughts were not entirely where they needed to be. While my friends were excited about college, a piece of me was missing, and I knew I would never feel whole until I found it.


Men Need Women Need Men

I had a desire unlike any other to create my own family and have stability, and this led to two extremely unhealthy relationships. Luckily, I found my way out of both, but after being hurt and used so badly, I decided happiness just was not meant for me. Shortly afterwards, I met my husband, and everything clicked. For the first time, I felt alive and complete. Having children and seeing a man parent a child for the first time was beautiful and awe-inspiring. It only reinforced my belief that a child needs a mother and a father, and that same-sex parenting and single parenting are far inferior to heterosexual parenting when done correctly.


Knowing next to nothing about males is hardly all that was hard about being raised by two women. It probably comes as no surprise that growing up in Podunk, Oklahoma, was not a walk in the park. Unlike other kids who were apparently raised in gay utopias, I grew up very alone and isolated. I was an only child and there weren’t other kids around like me to talk with and relate to. No one I knew understood what I struggled with each day, and I had no option but to keep it all inside.

As an adult, I have tried to talk to my mom about how difficult my life was, but she simply cannot relate because she was raised by a mom and a dad. As a child, I would not have spoken out about the way I was being raised, either. I love my mom. She was the center of my universe and the thought of saying something to outsiders that would have hurt her devastated me. Writing this letter right this very moment is devastating me.

But I am doing it anyway. I am doing it because people need to know that it is not all roses. The effects of growing up the way I did still plays a part in my life today. I was beyond self-conscious as a child, and constantly worried about what others thought of me. I was always terrified of someone finding out my mom was a lesbian and then wanting nothing to do with me. For most of my life, the perceived opinions of others have dominated, and only recently have I been able to let that go.

That is only the tip of the iceberg. The studies claiming we are just as well or better off than our peers raised by straight parents are hardly scientific in most cases, and do not represent us all. People need to know that some children of gay parents do not agree with gay adoption and marriage, just like some gay people themselves don’t agree with it, either! But you will notice that fact is not making headlines.

The Huffington Post published two responses to Heather Barwick’s recent letter here at The Federalist, and both were written by people who were raised with members of the opposite sex in the home—a male raised by women, and a female who had brothers present. It makes total sense that their experiences were not like mine and Heather’s, since we were both raised by women.

And just because one product of artificial insemination does not feel she was robbed does not mean others don’t. I am aware there are kids out there who disagree with my point of view, just like there are gays out there who disagree with the LGBT community’s point of view. But to suggest this is not a reason to validate and listen to a handful of children raised by gays, and who are against it, is ridiculous. After all, it is but a handful of people demanding we redefine marriage and parenting, and we all see how well that’s going.

Also, both he and his sister are growing up so FAST... it's beginning to dawn on me that if I am not there for them more, especially for our boy, I may bitterly regret it by the time I suddenly realize they've become young adults.

OK E., I promise you to spend more time with my son, your grandson. So help me God.

I was aghast, literally AGHAST, when I read that last night.

So first off, Europe has already known an astonishing increase of it's muslim population over the past two or three decades courtesy of leftists facilitating their entry, in quite a few instances to make good for the loss of their traditional electorate.

TWO. Then all hell breaks loose in the ME and basically everywhere where muslims are running the show because their societal model is hopelessly flawed and they can't live in peace with just about nobody, not even their own ilk. So their societies collapse, and where are they fleeing to? Why, the land of the infidels of course!

THREE: in a suicidal gesture of misplaced magnaminity, Europe's "elites", Frau Merkel first of all, open the doors wide open, leading to an expected influx of muslims in Germany alone of an estimated 1,500,000 persons. Apart from some small hapless Christian or other non-muslim groups all non-assimilable.

FOUR: and to top it all off, as a solution for their self-induced problems, Madam Merkel and her associated clique of leftist lunatics now plan to .... make it easier for Turkey to enter the EU!!!

So she shoots herself in the foot by inviting millions of clitoridectomy aficionados, and to "solve" it she will prepare the seats for a muslim EU faction backed by 78 million Turks in Turkey itself, 4 million Turks IN GERMANY ALREADY, and a couple of millions more in the rest of the EU. It follows that arguably THE SINGLE BIGGEST VOTING BLOC IN THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT, capable of vetoing anything and all, capable of pushing "anti-blasphemy laws" through....


.... WILL BE MUSLIM.

This INSANE woman has to be STOPPED. PRONTO.

As one trucker noted, “It is not a pleasant thing to be sitting in a cab with people running every which way.” He asked, “Do you think you could see the whites of another human’s eyes seconds before running into them? I don’t know if I could. I don’t know how it would affect me and I don’t want to find out.”

Increasing numbers of truckers are traumatized for fear of hitting an invader as drivers attempt to navigate this chaotic and dangerous scene. It is taking an emotional toll. As one trucker said: “All I want to do is come to work, do my bit and get home to my family safely with my sanity and pride. This is becoming more and more difficult as the days go by.”

And the truckers are put in an untenable position as they face not only the daily trauma of trying to do their job without killing someone, but face large fines if any invader makes it into the UK aboard one of their trucks. How, pray tell, any of these poor souls is supposed to protect against that is anyone’s guess. Are they supposed to get out of their truck and confront a mob of young men fresh from North Africa and other Islamic hellholes?

Meanwhile, this is occurring against the backdrop of invaders getting killed by freight trains that also run through this port area. And of course, no such backdrop would be complete without high drama reaction from the left, as useful idiots in the UK stage protests, replete with fake blood, in support of migrants and open borders. They have catchy slogans like this one: “No more borders, no more nations, no more racist deportations!”

Hey, y’all over there across the pond. If things keep going the way they are, you’ll get your wish. There will be no more United Kingdom or any other nation. Except one. It will be the Islamic Caliphate 24/7. Good luck with their “racist deportations,” because that is the least they will have in mind for you folks...."

But how can this be solved when shrieking lunatics à la Guy Verhofstadt emphatically proclaim before the EU Parliament that somehow, somewhere, this is all OUR FAULT???

PALESTINIAN MADMAN PLOWS CAR IN JEWS, BUTCHERS RABBI WITH MEAT CLEAVER - NOT A PEEP FROM DE STANDAARD.

Over the past few weeks, there has been a steady increase in Paleostinian attacks on Jews, and the modus operandi for De Standaard has invariably been to only report on Israeli retributions.

Perhaps the most notorious incident involved a madman who crashed his car into people waiting at a bus stop in Jerusalem's Geula neighborhood. Not content with mowing his victims down, he got out and starting hacking away like a complete lunatic at an unfortunate rabbi.




Thank God Israel has no gun free zones, because almost immediately an Israeli could pop the scumbag.

There is a STARK contrast between the sheer lunacy displayed by the terrorist - watch again the explosive frenzy with which he chops away at the poor rabbi's body - and the utter restraint of the Israeli. The Israeli has just witnessed the Palestinian running his compatriots down and butchering the religious man with a meat cleaver. In most of us with balls left, we would possibly empty an entire magazine in the perpetrator. Not so the Israeli: he gives off one shot and spares his life. Further on in the video it is not entirely clear whether the gunman survives or not, is once again shot or whatever. But the cool, professional and humane way with which the man neutralizes the perpetrator is light years away from the insane acts of the latter.

This is definitely a "disproportionate response" - only not in the way the left would love to decry.

So it's these parties who have to come to an accord in the so-called "peace talks": one party reasonable, willing to make grandiose gestures (think the removal of Jewish settlers in the Gaza Strip by the IDF in 2005, manu militari!)... and the other party foaming at the mouth, ululating, shrieking murder, and actually wanting to annihilate the opponent.

Anyway, count on De Standaard to report on this incident.

Not.

By contrast - imagine, just imagine that a Jewish settler had plowed his car in a bus stop full of Palestinians, got out, and had started butchering the survivors with a meat cleaver.

Would that perhaps have gotten the attention of the editors at De Standaard?

To ask the question is to answer it.

It should be noted that as recently as August of this year, German Interior Minister Thomas de Maizière, upon stating that up to 800,000 people could request asylum in the country by the end of the year, boasted "This is a challenge for us all. We all need to make an effort. But the burden is not too heavy for Germany. We will take care of it."

Given Mr. Wendt's assertions that the tsunami of refugees currently flooding Germany was well expected, as early as a year ago, De Maizières' statements are not only ridiculous, but immoral. And now that it has become clear that the number of 800,000 (1 per cent of the German population) is expected to rise to an astonishing 1.5 MILLION BY THE END OF THE YEAR..., the question should be asked whether De Maizière AND German Chancellor Angela Merkel can even stay on their posts.

Merkel especially will be forever remembered as the person who set the floodgates wide open, when in early September, barely five weeks ago, she meant to profile herself as morally superior by stating that "the right to asylum has no upper limits". Untold thousands of "refugees" in the Middle East did not need to hear more to start packing for Germany. A fool could have foreseen the disasters this blank check would lead to, but not Madam Merkel.

Despite Germany's considerable economic prowess, it is NOT capable of taking in asylum seekers at this rate. At some point, the system will crack. For now, too many Germans are still being fooled by Germany's notorious Luegenpresse, but I expect that by the end of november the ordinary German, no matter how far out in the country he lives, will no longer be capable to ignore the catastrophic mayhem caused by this islamic invasion. For that is what it is.

... so sad that more than 50 years after the son of a bitch died in the Bolivian jungle, he still had such an appeal.

INSANE: EVA BRUNNE, STOCKHOLM'S LESBIAN BISHOP, PROPOSES TO REMOVE CROSSES AND OTHER CHRISTIAN SYMBOLS FROM CHURCH TO ACCOMMODATE MUSLIMS.

Yet another unmissable sign of fatal western decline, the world's first openly lesbian bishop, Eva Brunne, has proposed to remove crosses and other Christian symbols from a quayside church for seamen in Stockholm to make it attractive for muslims. I'm NOT going to write 'it doesn't get more insane than this' because at the rate Sweden goes totally bonkers I fear we haven't even gotten beyond the intro to the drama. Breitbart reports:

"Eva Brunne, who was made the world’s first openly lesbian bishop by the church of Sweden in 2009, and has a young son with her wife and fellow lesbian priest Gunilla Linden, made the suggestion to make those of other faiths more welcome.

The church targeted is the Seamen’s mission church in Stockholm’s eastern dockyards. The Bishop held a meeting there this year and challenged the priest to explain what he’d do if a ship’s crew came into port who weren’t Christian but wanted to pray.

Calling Muslim guests to the church “angels“, the Bishop later took to her official blog to explain that removing Christian symbols from the church and preparing the building for Muslim prayer doesn’t make a priest any less a defender of the faith. Rather, to do any less would make one “stingy towards people of other faiths”.

The bishop insisted this wasn’t an issue, after all airports and hospitals already had multi-faith prayer rooms, and converting the dockyard church would only bring it up to speed. Regardless, the announcement has aroused protest.

Father Patrik Pettersson, one of the priests in her diocese and active in the same parish as the Seaman’s mission church has hit back in a blog of his own, complaining there is no way you could equate a consecrated church with a prayer room, remarking “I should have thought a bishop would be able to tell the difference”.

Calling the bishop’s words “theologically unthinking”, he asked what was to be done with crucifixes screwed to the walls, and heavy items such as baptismal fonts.

“Ignoring the rhetorical murmuring”, Pettersson wrote: “The only argument bishop Eva really put forward in support of her view is ‘hospitality’… How do you respond to that? Not much of a basis for discussion, as one colleague put it. The theological, ecclesiological, pastoral and working issues are left untouched”.

The actual priest at the Seaman’s mission was left nonplussed by the comments of the Bishop when contacted by Dagen.se for comment.

As an independent mission the church operates outside of the diocese, and so the bishop has no authority there, a fact reflected by the response of the church director who said the bishop’s words were her business alone.

When asked whether she would be removing the cross from her church, Kiki Wetterberg responded: “I have no problem with Muslim or Hindu sailors coming here and praying. But I believe that we are a Christian church, so we keep the symbols. If I visit a mosque I do not ask them to take down their symbols. It’s my choice to go in there”.

The upper echelons of the Church of Sweden, much like other national churches across Europe, seem to be fully invested in the diversity mission. Back in February, a parish church in multicultural paradise Malmö declared it would be holding a service in solidarity with the local Muslim community as a protest against a march by anti-Islamisation movement PEGIDA in the city.

The priest responsible told media: “During the protest, the Swedish Church is going to hold a service where we express joy for our city and our Muslim friends.

“There is strong support for diverse cultures in Malmö and it is important that the church is there to support that”.

Malmö is Sweden’s gateway to Europe, and is the main point of ingress to the Nordic nations for the thousands of migrants travelling through Europe from Africa and the East who have decided to make it home.

As a major bottleneck into the region, with a single bridge and ferry route connecting the country to the rest of Europe, the arrival of these migrants has heralded an unprecedented level of criminality in the city, as explained to Breitbart London by a recently retired senior police officer last month. Describing the ‘no-go’ zones that have sprung up around the city and calling for greater border controls to get criminal migration under control, Chief Superintendent Torsten Elofsson said:

“Years ago you could go with two officers, no problem. Now you have to send four officers and two cars – if the fire brigade want to go, they have to take a police escort. They throw stones and try to stop the fireman from putting out fires.

“They sabotage the police cars. You can’t leave them unguarded – when you come back to it you find the windows smashed and the tyres deflated. It isn’t quite a no-go zone, but we have had to develop special routines to go there”."

SULTAN ERDOGAN VISITS BRUSSELS: SHOPPING WIFE BLOCKS MAJOR AVENUE, BODYGUARDS RUN AMOK, CHALLENGE BELGIAN STATE SECURITY.

Turkey's would be dictator visited Brussels to attend Europalia, a major annual arts and cultural event highlighting a different country and/or culture each year. This year the focus is on Turkey, and the Belgian state invited Erdogan to the festival. Given the civil war on Turkey's southern border, this was to be more than a cultural visit and talks with the Belgian government, with European Council President Donald Tusk, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, and European Parliament President Martin Schulz were also scheduled. To top it off, a visit to the Belgian King, Philippe I, was also planned.

The Turkish delegation behaved in an appalling way.

Not only was Erdogan his usual arrogant self, holding an impromptu electoral meeting before between 2,000 and 3,000 AKP supporters on top of a tourist hop on/hop off bus adorned with the Turkish flag. How they were able to commandeer that vehicle is beyond me. Anyway, on November 1 there's general elections in Europe and Erdogan used the opportunity to cater to supporters abroad (the Turks here as elsewhere are allowed to vote in Turkish elections, see how wonderfully integrated they are). But to every self-respecting Head of State, it should be crystal clear that, at least outside his or her country, he or she has to maintain a strict neutrality and act as the president of all his subjects. What Erdogan did is simply not done, he should have upheld at the very least a semblance of impartiality. But then his was simply a replay, be it on a smaller scale, of a visit earlier this year in the province of Limburg.

Then his wife found it necessary to go shopping in Brussels' prestigious Louizalaan/Avenue Louise.... with an escort of around 7 black vans with bodyguards, completely blocking all traffic. Thousands of Bruxellois, expats, tourists... suddenly got stuck in their cars, buses, trams because Madam Erdogan needed a handbag or something. It could have been worse for them: those people present in the shops she visited were unceremoniously rushed out:

Omen of things to come? Erdogan's sour, ugly bitch of a wife tries to kill Belgian Queen Mathilde with her eyes on the Europalia event. The grey-haired man with the blue tie behind her is the Belgian King, Philippe I.

And then finally, as Sultan Erdogan had his own private army of security officers with him, there were a couple of brushes with Belgian security services and State Security officers. The Turks behaved in an immensely arrogant manner, litterally challenging the Belgian officers. At one point, a Turkish bodyguard crudely shoved a Belgian policeman aside...



... and that was apparently a bridge across the Bosphorus too far. The man was quickly taken in a vise grip and wrestled to the ground. Thereafter things calmed down a little, although tensions between both services remained high during the entire visit, which lasted from 4 to 6 October.


To sum it up, the Turks behaved in a miserable way, absolutely scandalizing their host. I hope that this visit opens many eyes... especially those of still far too many fools who would like Turkey to become part of the EU.

For non-military types: the F-35 basically comes in three variants: the F-35A with conventional takeoff and landing (CTOL), the F-35B short take-off and vertical-landing (STOVL), and the F-35C with carrier-based Catapult Assisted Take-Off But Arrested Recovery (CATOBAR).




The F-35 A is the type the Belgian Air Force needs to replace its ageing F-16 fleet, originally 132 strong, now down, alas, to a paltry 54 planes. Count on the socialists and greens to champion thirty year old designs such as the Gripen, the F-18 or the Rafale - provided you could force them somehow to buy any fighter at all, cause what they really would like to do is abolish the entire Army, Navy and Air Force and with the money thus freed heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelppppppp them poor black people still suffering from colonialism and racism.

No, the F-35 is nearing maturity. Seven years too late, but let it be that way. Unlike the USN's LCS, there's no turning back. Now the type must live up to its promises, and it's got a far better chance at that than the Little Crappy Ship which is basically dead in the water already - no pun intended. Heck, the only other type that would, imho, be a serious contender, is the Eurofighter Typhoon but even that one is 4 1/2 generation at best.

Nope, it's got to be the Lightning II to equip the BAF in the future. Most scenarios plan a replacement fleet of 35 units.

The title of the video, Dakuwaqa's Garden, refers to a god from Fijian mythology, more precisely the Shark-God. Fishermen worshipped him because he protected them at sea. Normally, you should see, in the lower right corner, fourth from the right, the CC button. If you press it you can find where the footage was shot and/or what species were being filmed at the time.




Fiji is an island state consisting of over 332 islands in Melanesia in the South Pacific, around 2,000 kilometers northeast of New Zealand. To the west is Vanuatu to the west, New Caledonia is to the southwest, Tonga is to the east, the Samoas and France's Wallis and Futuna to the northeast, and Tuvalu is to the north.

Of those 332 islands islands, only 110 are permanently inhabited, and 87 per cent of Fiji's population of around 860,000 love on the two main islands, Viti Levu and Vanua Levu. Suva, the capital and largest city, is on Viti Levu. Smaller urban centres are Nadi (tourism) or Lautoka (sugar cane industry).

Fiji boasts one of the most developed economies in the Pacific due to prodigious natural resources (forests, minerals, fish). Currently its main sources of income are tourism and sugar exports.

Marine ecologist and dive instructor Helen Sykes has some info on what to look for where:

a.) North & West of Viti Levu

The Coral Coast, Mamanuca & Yasawa Islands

The best for casual and relatively new divers: easy diving, very few currents, schools of small colourful fish, most sites are relatively shallow (best diving generally in less than 50 feet/ 15 metres of water).


b.) The Bigger Small Islands

Recommended for the more experienced divers who can handle currents and deeper diving at least some of the time: spectacular soft corals, pristine reef systems, and larger fish life.

Taveuni for soft corals, swarming fish, rare critters, and intact ecosystems.
Beqa for soft corals, rare critters, wrecks and shark feeding.
Kadavu for walls and passages, healthy hard corals, manta rays and sharks.

c.) Central Waters

Some of the best and most varied diving in Fiji – most of these sites are quite far off shore. Mostly easy diving but many sites require careful planning due to tide dependent currents and depth.

Vatu-i-Ra Passage for spectacular walls, soft corals, schooling fish. Lomaiviti islands for passages with sharks, manta rays, and rare critters.

Southern Vanua Levu for walls and soft corals. Namena for absolutely everything concentrated into one package.


d.) Northern Vanua Levu

Cakaulevu (The Great Sea Reef –the third longest barrier reef in the world!)

Dramatic outer walls and passages.

Limited fish life in some areas, and outer waters can be rough. Inner reef mangrove islands have poor visibility but extensive fish life of interest to specialists and ecologists. Kia Island provides a good and sheltered bay to base while exploring.


e.) The Eastern Archipelago

Lau Islands: scattered islands with varied diving. Relatively easy conditions, but there are fewer well-known dive sites, so most is exploratory diving with some areas better than others.
