To justify the 9/11 attacks, Osama Bin Laden deplored the "great tragedy" that had befallen the muslim world eighty years previously.

In the West, most intel communities inititally scratched their heads. What "great tragedy"?

Only later did it dawn to them that the mass killer of Americans had meant the demise of the Ottoman Empire post WWI.

For the greater part of the 20th century, it seemed like Kemal Ataturk had succeeded in modernizing Turkey.

Those days are definitely over.

Islam has been waging war on the West for 1,400 years, but the staunchest foe among our muslim enemies was always, throughout those many centuries, the Ottoman Empire.


Now enter the video below. One will notice that the young speaker, one Osman Gokcek, excessively refers to famous warlords of the Ottoman past, Alp-Aslan and Mehmet the Conqueror, as examples to emulate. At the same time he is heaping praise on the current Turkish dictator, Erdogan.

Gates of Vienna links to this video and assumes, perhaps because of the German subtitling, that it was shot in Germany at a rally of the Turkish diaspora there. I have no definitive proof of that. Certainly Erdogan is wont to visit Turkish communities all over Europe and do so in a big In Your Face show, going as far as telling his admirers that the last thing they should do is assimilate.

I was unable to find definitive proof that this rally was actually held in Germany. I tend to think it's still in Turkey itself.

But regardless, if you needed more proof of the tremendous religious and nationalistic fervor now holding the majority of Turks in and outside Turkey in it's grip, it's here:





Below is a screenshot of Osman Gokcek, just when he is expressing profound hopes that by 2023, a century after the demise of the Ottoman Empire, many more Fatih Sultan Mehments will have arisen. Apart from the fact that this is an utterly delusional hope, because individuals of Fatih Sultan Mehmet's stature tend to come around only once a century (thank God, because that monster, also known as Mehmet the Conqueror, made a career out of attacking Christian countries and butchering their populations), the fact remains that if this "young Turk" feverishly yearns for thousands more of muslim warlords to step forward - as do, apparenly, the masses listening to his speech - this is an extremely unpleasant, very chilling revelation for those countries with large muslim Turkish communities - like Germany, like Belgium.






The zeal with which Erdogan's followers worship him is profoundly disturbing. One could imagine this is some kind of a Nuremberg Rally v2.0, only with one mustachioed dictator replaced by another.

It is especially troubling to discover that Erdogan seems to enjoy even far more success among Turks living abroad. The following photo shows Turkish women in the eastern Belgian province of Limburg during an election rally earlier this year (photo credits: Humo):

ERIC ZEMMOUR ON THE PROSPECT OF THE FRENCH ARMY RETAKING FRANCE'S NO-GO ZONES.

In 2000, I visited Paris with my wife, her brother and my mother-in-law. Before we went into the city proper, we stopped in Saint-Denis, because of its famous Basilica, dedicated to Saint Denis, France's patron saint. The basilica is of paramount cultural, architectural and historical significance, since it is the place where the French kings are buried and because it is considered the first gothic church in France.

After visiting the basilica, we hurried out of the suburb and went straight for the centre of Paris.

Because outside, I did not recognize France anymore. It looked more like I was in a maghreb country. The streets were full with men in islamic garb and to a varying degree veiled women. Apart from the decidedly foreign and definitely non-French appearance of the people - virtually all of them - what struck me most was how all of them roamed the streets as if there were no sidewalks. Shabby cars slalomed among the pedestrians. It was as if traffic rules were null and void. Alleys and squares looked very soukh-like.

The only "genuine" Frenchman I remember from that day in Saint-Denis is the cafe owner where we had taken a quick snack before visiting the basilica.

Afterwards, I kept mentally comparing his balding, scrawny and stooped appearance to the cacophony of hundreds and hundreds of skullcapped, bearded guys swarming around in cream or grey coloured djellabas and tens of veiled women.

Now, that was in 2000.

I... don't want to think what it is like in Saint-Denis right now, sixteen years later.

If Clinton prevails there will be no conservative (or Republican) president during the lifetime of any adult member of the feckless Republican royal families, or of Mr. Goldberg or the children of George Will or William Kristol. Their prediction that the presidency will be recovered in short order is a pipe dream. Over the medium term, twenty to twenty-five years, that recovery would approach demographic impossibility.

Despite the inarguable magnitude of the coming Clinton/Left disaster, Republican/conservative turncoats, led by these and other members of what Peggy Noonan aptly terms the “protected classes,” are working for Clinton’s election.

In unalloyed self-destructive irrationality, the support of Hillary Clinton by Never Trump commentators and Republican politicians is sui generis.

Never before in American history have intellectual and political leaders of a major party deliberately attempted to open the gates of enduring power to an enemy sworn to their eradication.

Are they moved by general snobbery, confusion caused by overwork, East Coast social pressure? I’ve stopped trying to figure it out and stopped caring.

But on a different level, on the level of their own personal careers and perceived short-term well-being, I’m absolutely certain what they think:



“We’ll do fine under Clinton and the Left. Under Obama we’ve experienced all of what Clinton will bring and we’ve flourished. Under Clinton we’ll do it again. We’ll continue speaking out, politely and carefully of course, and they won’t touch us; we won’t lose our jobs, our children won’t be expelled, there’ll be no unpleasant changes in our expensive neighborhoods or our children’s toney private schools, we’ll drink with the same refined people in our clubs and cocktail parties. Through it all, we’ll continue making an excellent living as the articulate opposition to the wretchedness the Left will be imposing on the American working and middle classes. The little people, the unprotected people, will endure the downside -- low wages, high taxes, unsafe and decaying neighborhoods, destroyed public schools, and violent racial animosity. We’ll be the Left’s safe and well paid critics.”



What an appalling betrayal of the vast majority of Main Street voters who elected two Bush Presidents and made conservative intellectuals ‘cushy lives possible!

This is clear: Trump’s defeat, if it occurs, will be the work of the NeverTrumps.

The margin by which Trump now trails in national and battle ground polls is almost exactly equal to that small but significant segment of the Republican and conservative voter base -- some 20 - 25% -- that’s still following the NeverTrumps off the cliff. Recent polling puts Trump’s support among likely Republican voters at about 73% (Romney got 93% in 2012).

So, if Trump falls, the NeverTrumps will be grinning beside the body -- like Brutus perhaps a bit nervously -- bloody knives in hand. But as the Clinton debacle unfolds, and their role in bringing it about is meticulously established, dissected and seared into memory, who will be their political friends? Perhaps more pertinently, where will they hide? Questions for a different essay.

Victory by the execrable Clinton and the Left is still avoidable, but only if the usually overwhelming percentages of conservatives and Republicans unite behind their Party’s candidate. 73% will not do, even with the new voters Trump’s issue candor and personal bravery are bringing.

The Republican and conservative voter base has got to be persuaded to ignore the suicidal advice of their failed former leaders and snobbish intellectuals, and come together behind a candidate who ever more clearly is solidly with them on almost all the great issues: immigration and borders, freedom of expression and religion, the role and composition of the federal judiciary, taxation and regulation, national security, and public safety.

But if 20-25%% of the Republican core continues to follow the wrist slitting advice of the Never Trump crowd, the Left once again will be victorious --as in 1992, when Republican defections to Perot gave the presidency to Bill Clinton with a puny 43% of the vote.

America thereafter would be permanently transformed into a new nation, molded by the Left’s dystopian dreams of multiculturalism, racial and ethnic balkanization, boiling hatred of black for white, open borders, and a government suffocated economy, a new nation whose populace would be increasingly beaten down by the dictates of governmentally mandated orthodoxies.

Here -- of singular importance for any future chance of conservative governance in America -- is what we know is coming from Clinton and the Left:

Intensification of the Democratic Party-sponsored third world invasion of the country. In this so far highly successful project, the Left has substituted millions of statist newcomer voters for the politically uncooperative Americans who shunned them in 1968, 1972, 1980, 1984, and 1988.

But the Left’s revolutionary demographic transformation of America is not complete. A stubborn and significant core of patriots and traditionalists remains. It will be the primary task of the Clinton presidency to overwhelm this annoyingly tenacious opposition once and for all.

The following states require only a modest infusion of statist newcomers to place them out of reach for any Republican or conservative presidential candidate not pledged to open borders and a huge welfare state: Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Florida, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Iowa, Nevada, Colorado and Arizona.

When any five of these ten are gone it’s game over.

Under Clinton, Illegals would continue moving north across America’s southern border in numbers sure to exceed those who came during Obama’s presidency (a minimum of 2.5 million according to liberal leaning Pew Research and the Center for Migration Studies).

In addition to the illegals, at least 1.5 million overwhelmingly third world legal immigrants will arrive annually (up from 1.1 million per year under Obama), nearly all impoverished and nearly all with expectations of government formed in their statist homelands.

Added to the legal and illegal immigrants will be the sure-to-be-legalized 11-20 million illegals already here (again Pew and Homeland Security admit to 11.2 million illegals already in America, but the actual figure is unknowably higher).

And if Clinton’s amnesty runs into Congressional opposition and she resorts to unconstitutional executive orders, this time there’ll be no help from the Supreme Court. The US Supreme Court will become a five vote rubber stamp for the Left immediately upon Clinton’s appointment of Justice Scalia’s replacement. That majority will be sustained or enlarged by whatever further vacancies come Clinton’s way.

So, adding it all up, the number of new future statist client voters after Clinton will be in the neighborhood of 26-38 million: 11-20 million amnestied illegals; 12 million new, almost exclusively third world, statist voting legal immigrants; and another 4-6 million newly arrived illegals.

With the full power of the federal executive branch in their hands, and no opposition from an increasingly partisan federal judiciary and Supreme Court, the re-empowered Left will move its newly chosen voters around as it chooses -- to the states where their voting presence will have the greatest effect.

Have the Bush and Romney families -- and their intellectual enablers – given all this even passing thought?

How many of these new voters do Messrs. Kristol, Will and Goldberg expect to persuade with their erudition?..."

George Will, William Kristol and in particular Jonah Goldberg have in the past been indispensable as Conservative intellectuals. Mayb they still are. "Liberal Fascism" by Goldberg is a prized possession in my library, indeed, it's a book that clarified a lot and provided me with solid arguments to combat the left's false narratives. Romney, I liked him. I strongly supported his bid for the presidency. As for the Bush family, I still hold the two ex-presidents in very high esteem.

But opposing the Trump candidacy is nothing but... betrayal. As I have stated here countless times before, Trump is NOT my idea of a conservative. But like Rummy once said, "You go to war with the army you have, not with the army you'd like".

It's the same here.

NeverTrumpers, shut up and move over.

You are aiding and abetting the ENEMY.

That's TREASON.

VINTAGE VIDEO: THE YF-16.

I remember seeing (at least parts of) that video when I was a boy, and especially the difference in takeoff between the YF-16 and the Phantom, which to that date I considered the world's prime air superiority fighter. I also remember reading an article in Reader's Digest (Dutch edition of course) titled "The F-16: fierce fighting machine for the West", with a gushing appraisal of this at the time very futuristic and promising design. Heck, on a whim I just checked whether that particular Readers' Digest article would still somehow be available online, and 'lo and Behold, I came up with this, the cover of the January 1977 issue:





You see it over there, the second article from above (page 24). Of course, my parents had a subscription to the Dutch/Flemish RD issue, which was called "Het Beste" (The Best).

Those were the days when the Belgian Air Force still operated Starfighters, of which the BAF had 112. Of course, this number was never operationally available at any one time, given severe attrition through accidents. In all, 100 F-104G variants and 12 TF-104G trainers were procured, and with the exception of the very first three jets which came directly from the Lockheed Palmdale plant, all were licence-built in Belgium at SABCA's Gosselies plant. IIRC, the Starfighters were in service between 1963 and 1983.

Compare this relatively short lifespan with that of the F-16, in service since 1979, and of which the BAF ultimately purchased the staggering number (for Belgium) of 160 units, all of them built and assembled at the SABCA factories (in Haren, near Brussels, and again in Gosselies, near Charleroi). At the time, there were enough jets to equip two fighter wings. These days, perhaps 56, or 60 at the very best, are left, and there's only two squadrons anymore. It is entirely possible that before the F-16's successor finally finds its way to the BAF, another eight years will go by, at which point this great fighter will have seen some 45 years in service!

As for the successor in question, the military definitely wants the F-35. They will be lucky if they get 34 jets in the end, because socialists and greens (who else) are waging a fierce opposition against what is in se a logical decision.

MOLENBEEK, BELGIUM: MORE THAN 25 PER CENT OF 1,260 MUSLIM NONPROFITS LABELED "SUSPECT" AND/OR DISBANDED.

BRUSSELS - Police and Court of Justice are meticulously screening non-profit associations in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek within the framework of the Belfi Project. So far, almost ninety non-profits were disbanded, tens of others are still being investigated, daily De Standaard reported on Saturday. Two years ago, Brussels public prosecutor Johan Delmulle started the Belfi Project in the fight against radicalization. One of the plan's hallmarks was a massive screening of associations linked in one way or another to radical factions.

Last Friday, Delmulle presented the Brussels Labor Court the results of Project Belfi - and in particular the enquiries in Molenbeek. Over the course of eight operations, twenty-six dwellings were checked: shops, sports clubs, cafes, nonprofits, mosques and koranic schools. "Seventeen of the controlled locations did not meet the criteria. Three mosques and a clandestine koranic school were closed", according to Delmulle.

Local police also verified Molenbeek's 1,571 nonprofits, of which thirty operate a prayer house, against a DOJ reference databank. 450 associations were checked more thoroughly. One in five was even labeled as suspect, another 87 have been disbanded. "Their dissolution came after a judicial action or they stopped their activities voluntarily", according to Delmulle. "For (another) 59 nonprofit organizations local police compiled an investigation report."

In the meantime, the Belfi-project has been integrated in the "Channel Plan" of Interior Minister Jan Jambon (N-VA), which he announced after the March 22 attacks."

Soft ethnic cleansing by Molenbeek's muslims has led to that Brussels commune now being about 80 per cent muslim. It goes the usual way. They make a nuisance of themselves, park their cars in front of authochton Belgians' garages, harass their kids (especially the girls), make a lot of noise during the night, criminality goes up, and gradually the native Belgian locals are pestered away. These, exasperated, sell their house or apartment. Because real estate prices go down wherever muslims begin to roam in significant numbers, the "Bio Belgians" get far less for their house or apartment than they would have elsewhere. Their dwellings are bargain-bought by muslims, and so on and so forth, and you end up with entire Infidel-rein quarters.

This is, indeed, what I would label "soft ethnic cleansing".

Because in this manner Molenbeek has become 80 per cent islamic, it is therefore safe to assume that AT LEAST 80 per cent of the 1,571 nonprofits the article mentions is muslim too - because politically correct insanity will have insisted that a chessclub of octagenarians called Joseph Dupont, Louis Crombez, Dirk Demeuldre, Achiel Vanderbruggen, Lucien Devogelaere etc also needs investigation!

So let's assume we are talking about 1,260 nonprofits here (I am sure that I am being generous here for the number of nonmuslim nonprofits).

If, out of those 1,260 muslim nonprofits a staggering 20 per cent (one in five), or around 250, were labeled "suspect", and ANOTHER 87 have been disbanded, and the investigations are not nearly over yet, WHAT DOES THAT TELL US ABOUT MUSLIM COMMUNITIES???


Food for thought.

gender expression rather than a static gender identity.

CULTURAL ENRICHMENT COMES TO KORTRIJK: VICIOUS STREETFIGHTING BETWEEN MUSLIM GANGS IN CITY CENTRE.

RESTRAINING ORDER FOR TWO GANGS AFTER MASSIVE BRAWL IN KORTRIJK CENTRE.

"After violent fights in the centre of Kortrijk on Friday evening, the city has imposed on both gangs a place and restraining order in the centre until the end of this month.

On Friday evening both gangs, and Afghan gang and a group of youths of allochton origin [by which is meant either Turks or Moroccans - MFBB] started a vicious streetwar. This happened at 7pm in a shopping street while the cafe terraces were still full with patrons. According to witnesses they hit each other with belts and baseball bats. Thereafter the fight continued on Schouwburgplein where police intervened. Police had asked for reinforcements from other zones to be capable of separating the warring parties. On Friday evening eight minors were arrested. Yesterday afternoon there was a follow-up with a stabbing in Zwevegemstraat. There were two wounded, but the wounds are not fatal. Camera images allowed police to arrest three suspects. The cause for the conflict is an honour question whereby several days ago Afghans tried to pull a 14-year old girl in a car. This was prevented by an acquaintance of the girl. Since then, both gangs deliberately seek confrontation, with a sad high water mark on Friday evening. Yesterday [Saturday- MFBB] police maintained a massive presence in the city centre to prevent new fights."

Kortrijk is a rich middle-sized city in West Flanders, Belgium's westernmost province. Imagine that you are an ordinary Fleming and that last Friday, after a week's hard work, you are sitting on a cafe terrace enjoying splendid summer weather plus a cold beer. It is the start of the weekend and nothing can go wrong.

Suddenly all hell breaks loose as the followers of the prophet start hitting each other with baseball bats.

Police has to intervene. Massively, since Kortrijk PD apparently couldn't right away muster sufficient officers to get things under control.

Then there's the stabbing: an ambulance and paramedics have to rush to the scene and another two adherents of the religion of peace have to be treated in hospital. On the infidels' dime, of course.

And to top it all off, police has to be present in force on Saturday to keep the gangs out of each others' hair.


With EVERY PASSING DAY, it becomes more obvious that the islamic presence on our soil is a gigantic WASTE of money and resources. These beasts don't contribute to society, they COST us unfathomable amounts of earnest citizens' hard-earned tax euros.

After WWII he got to know Charlie Parker and Miles Davis, amongst others, and this was the start of a successful career in the States.

He died on 22 August 2016 in Braine L'Alleud, a town some 2o kloms south of Brussels.

"Choose your state and we'll tell you your next steps". OK, North Carolina e.g. In 2016, about one third of its counties were still covered by three insurers, in one third by two, and in the last third by only one.

In 2017, there will be just one insurer left for the whole of the state! So much for competition and lower premiums. Not many steps to take there.



Even a broken clock is right twice a day. From the New York Times, no less:

"So much for choice. In many parts of the country, Obamacare customers will be down to one insurer when they go to sign up for coverage next year on the public exchanges.

A central tenet of the federal health law was to offer a range of affordable health plans through competition among private insurers. But a wave of insurer failures and the recent decision by several of the largest companies, including Aetna, to exit markets are leaving large portions of the country with functional monopolies for next year.

According to an analysis done for The Upshot by the McKinsey Center for U.S. Health System Reform, 17 percent of Americans eligible for an Affordable Care Act plan may have only one insurer to choose next year. The analysis shows that there are five entire states currently set to have one insurer, although our map also includes two more states because the plans for more carriers are not final. By comparison, only 2 percent of eligible customers last year had only one choice.

A similar analysis by Avalere Health, another consulting firm, also highlighted the increase in areas with only one insurance carrier.

The market is still in some flux. Final contracts between insurers and the federal government won’t be signed until late September. That means it is still possible that additional insurers will choose to enter new markets between now and then, and the competitive picture could improve. It is also possible that some carriers will decide to exit. It was just this week that Aetna surprised regulators and others with the news that it was leaving most of the markets where it offered policies on the exchange, leaving it in just four states.

The Obama administration says it is too early to evaluate competition in the Obamacare markets for 2017. Marjorie Connolly, a spokeswoman for the Department of Health and Human Services, said: “A number of steps remain before the full picture of marketplace competition and prices are known. Regardless, we remain confident that the majority of marketplace consumers will have multiple choices and will be able to select a plan for less than $75 per month when Open Enrollment begins Nov. 1.”

Many places in the country still have robust choice and competition, including many large population centers like Denver, Los Angeles, New York and Miami. But large areas have limited choice, like the five states that now have only one issuer: Alabama, Alaska, Oklahoma, South Carolina and Wyoming. (Our map also shows Kansas and North Carolina with only one, but the picture may change for parts of those states, because additional insurers have said they plan to enter.)

Large sections of other states may also be down to one carrier, including Florida, Utah and Missouri. It also appears that there is one county in Arizona, Pinal County, between Phoenix and Tucson, where no carriers are set to offer health plans in the marketplace.

While the dwindling competition may not be fatal, “it isn’t ideal,” conceded Larry Levitt, a senior executive at the Kaiser Family Foundation. People shopping for plans in the exchanges will be left with fewer insurer choices but also, probably, fewer choices of doctors and hospitals because the companies that remain will most likely offer sharply narrow networks..."

The insurer has sought sharply higher premiums for next year. “Consistently losing money on these plans ultimately puts all of our customers and our business at risk,” he said.

Insurers say the current rush to the exits underscores their contention that changes need to be made to the law. The decline in participation “echoes our calls for Congress and the administration to move forward with solutions that will improve the stability of the market and provide the affordable coverage options that consumers need,” said Clare Krusing, a spokeswoman for the America’s Health Insurance Plans, a trade group."

I'm not saying that the US's Health Care system did not need some serious adjustments previously. But it's no use replacing a moderately satisfying model with one that's worse. Again, we see here ample proof that when people in power positions of a leftist persuasion touch anything... it goes to bust.

A rather frightening article by Professor Dr. Guy Millière of the Université de Paris over at The Gatestone Institute.

"...The slaughter of French priest Father Jacques Hamel on July 26 in Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray was significant. The church where Father Jacques Hamel was saying mass was nearly empty. Five people were present; three nuns and two faithful. Most of the time, French churches are empty.

Christianity in France is dying out. Jacques Hamel was almost 86 years old; despite his age, he did not want to retire. He knew it would be difficult to find someone to replace him. Priests of European descent are now rare in France, as in many European countries. The priest officially in charge of the parish of Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray, Auguste Moanda-Phuati, is Congolese.





The reaction of the French bishops was also significant. Speaking in their name, Georges Pontier, chairman of the Conference of Bishops of France, called on Catholics for a day of fasting and prayer. He also asked Muslims living in France to come to church to "share the grief of Christians." He added that Muslims are welcome in France.

The decision to deliver a message of brotherhood is consistent with the spirit of Christianity. The wish to welcome Muslims to France but to leave completely aside that the assassins of Father Jacques Hamel acted in the name of Islam and jihad seem signs of willful blindness, severely pathological denial, and a resigned, suicidal acceptance of what is coming.

The assassins of Father Jacques Hamel are what is coming. One of them, Adel Kermiche, was born in France to immigrant parents from Algeria. His path looks like the path followed by many young French Muslims: school failure, delinquency, shift towards a growing hatred of France and the West, return to Islam, transition to radical Islam. The other, Abdel Malik Petitjean, was born in France too. His mother is Muslim. His father comes from a Christian family. Abdel Malik Petitjean nevertheless followed the same path as Adel Kermiche. A growing number of young French-born Muslims radicalize. A growing number of young French people who have not been educated in Islam nevertheless turn to Islam, then to radical Islam...."

Here is a very telling exerpt. French kids - by which I of course mean Jules, Juliette, Louis, Joséphine, Bernard etc... - are litterally being brainwashed into believing they have to hate themselves for "crimes" committed by their forebears:

In 2001-2003, France experienced a huge wave of anti-Semitic attacks by Muslims supporting the "Palestinian cause." The French government denied that the attacks were anti-Semitic. It also denied that they were perpetrated by Muslims. It chose appeasement, expressed loudly its own support for the "Palestinian cause," and added that the revolt of a "part of the population" was "understandable." It asked Jewish organizations to remain silent. French Jews began to leave France. Many of them recalled an Islamic phrase in Arabic: "First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people." In other words, first Muslims attack Jews; then when the Jews are gone, they attack Christians. It is what we have been seeing throughout the Middle East.

Attacks against non-Jews began in 2005: riots broke out all over France. The French government again chose appeasement, and said that the revolt of a "part of the population" would be "heard."

A Jew, Ilan Halimi, was tortured for three weeks and then murdered in Paris in 2006. Then, more Jews were murdered in Toulouse in 2012 and in a Paris suburb in 2015."

There will be no civil war in France. The jihadists have won. They will kill again. They love to kill. They love death. They say, "we love death more than you love life."

One of the nuns present in the empty church said that after slaughtering Father Jacques Hamel, Adel Kermiche and Abdel Malik Petitjean smiled. They were happy."

RECOMMENDED READS: ROBERT JONES'S "TURKEY'S TRADITION OF MURDERING CHRISTIANS".

Over at The Gatestone Institue, Robert Jones has a sobering article on Turkey's tradition of murdering Christians:

"Christians in Turkey are still attacked, murdered or threatened daily; the assailants usually get away with their crimes.

In Malatya, in 2007, during the Zirve Bible Publishing House massacre, three Christian employees were attacked, severely tortured, then had their hands and feet tied and their throats cut by five Muslims on April 18, 2007.

Nine years have passed, but there still has been no justice for the families of the three men who were murdered so savagely.

First, the five suspects who were still in detention were released from their high-security prison by a Turkish court, which ruled that their detention exceeded newly-adopted legal limits.

The trial is still ongoing. The prosecutor claims that the act "was not a terrorist act because the perpetrators did not have a hierarchic bond, their act was not continuous and the knives they used in the massacre did not technically suffice to make the act be regarded as a terrorist act."

If the court accepts this legal opinion of the prosecutor, it could pave the way for an acquittal. However, given the many "mysterious" rulings of the Turkish judiciary system to acquit criminals, these killers could also be acquitted by a "surprise" ruling any time."

"On February 5, 2006, Father Andrea Santoro, a 61-year-old Roman Catholic priest, was murdered in the Santa Maria Church in the province of Trabzon. He was shot while kneeling in prayer at his church. Witnesses heard the 16-year-old murderer shout "Allahu Akbar" ("Allah is the Greatest") during the murder.

After the murder, a 74-year-old priest, Father Pierre François René Brunissen, from Samsun, led the next church service in Santoro's church, which boasted barely a dozen members. Because no one volunteered to replace Santoro, Father Pierre was instructed to travel from Samsun to Trabzon each month to care for the city's small congregation.

"This is a terrible incident," Father Pierre said. "It is a sin to kill a person. After all of these incidents, I am worried about my life here."

In July, 2006, he was stabbed and wounded by a Muslim in Samsun. The perpetrator, 53, said that he stabbed the priest to oppose "his missionary activities."[1]

The attacks against the Christian culture in Anatolia continue in modern times -- even after Turkey joined the Council of Europe in 1949 and NATO in 1952.

Turkey's countless agreements with Western organizations do not seem to have reduced the hatred for Christians there. In March, 2007, as the Christian community of Mersin was preparing for the Easter, a young Muslim man with a kebab knife entered the church and attacked the priests, Roberto Ferrari and Henry Leylek.

Mersin, in southern Turkey, is home to Tarsus, the birthplace of Saint Paul, and to several churches dating from the earliest Christian era.

Bishop Luigi Padovese, Apostolic Vicar of Anatolia, said: "We do not feel safe. I am very worried. Fanaticism is developing in some groups. Some people want to poison the atmosphere and catholic priests are targeted. Anti-missionary films are broadcast on TV channels."

At a commemorative ceremony for Father Santoro in February, Bishop Padovese said:



"Today, we are asking the question we asked four years ago: Why? We are also asking the same question for all other victims so unjustly murdered even though they were innocent. Why? What was it that they tried to destroy by murdering Father Andrea? Just a person or what that person represented? The aim of shooting Father Andrea was definitely to shoot a Catholic cleric. His being a Father became the reason of his martyrdom.

"The message of Christ on the cross is clear. 'Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do.' Had they known, they would not have done that. It is wrong to extinguish a life to uphold an idea. It is wrong to think that a person who disagrees with us is at fault and should be destroyed. This is the fundamentalism that crumbles a society. For it wrecks coexistence. This fundamentalism -- regardless of what religion or political view it belongs to -- might win a few battles but it is doomed to lose the war. This is what history teaches us. I hope that this city and this country will turn into a place where people can live as brothers and sisters and unite for the common good for all. Is the Allah of all of us not the same?"




"No, unfortunately, the Allah of all of us is not the same.

Just four months later, in June, 2010, it was Padovese's turn to be murdered. This time the murderer was the Bishop's own driver for the previous four years. The driver first stabbed the bishop, then cut his throat, while shouting "Allahu Akbar" during the attack.

At the trial, the driver said that the bishop was "Masih ad-Dajjal" ("the false messiah"), then twice in the courtroom he loudly recited the adhan (Islamic call to worship)...."









"... The total population of Turkey is about 80 million; believers of non-Muslim faiths -- mostly Christians and Jews -- comprise 0.2%. Nevertheless, anti-Christian sentiment is still prevalent in much of the Turkish society. [3]

There seems to be a pattern: Murders of Christians are committed stealthily in Turkey: It is "ordinary people" who murder or attack Christians, then the judiciary or political system somehow finds a way of enabling the murderers or attackers to get away with what they have done. Sadly, most of these crimes are not covered by the international media, and Turkey is never held responsible.

Turkey, however, signed a Customs Union agreement with the European Union in 1995 and was officially recognized as a candidate for full membership in 1999. Negotiations for the accession of Turkey to the EU are still ongoing.

How come a nation that has murdered or attacked so many Christians throughout history, and which has not even apologized for these crimes, is considered even a suitable candidate for EU membership? Because of the threat of blackmail to flood Europe with Muslims? Turkey will flood Europe with them anyway. There is even a name for it: Hijrah, spreading Islam (jihad) by emigration. Exactly as Muslims have done inside Turkey.

And what kind of a culture and civilization have many Muslims built for the most part in the lands that they have conquered? When one observes the historical and current situation in Muslim-majority countries, what one mostly sees are murders, attacks and hatred: Hatred of non-Muslims, hatred of women, hatred of free thought and an extremely deep hatred of everything that is not Islamic. Many Muslims that have moved to the West have been trying to import political Islam to the free world, as well.

Muslim regimes including Turkey have not achieved civilized democratization that would enable all of their citizens -- Muslims and non-Muslims -- to live free and safe lives.

While Muslims are pretty much free to practice their religion and express their views on other religions or on atheism anywhere in the world, Christians and other non-Muslims can be killed in Turkey and other Muslim-majority countries just for attempting peacefully to practice their religion or openly express their views.

"Multiculturalism," which is passionately defended by many liberals in the West, could have worked wonders in multi-ethnic and multi-religious places such as Anatolia. But unfortunately, Islamic ideology allows only one culture, one religion, and one way of thinking under their rule: Islam. Ironically, this is the central fact these liberals do not want to see.

Much of the history of Islam shows that the nature of Islamic ideology is to invade or infiltrate, and then to dominate non-Muslims.

In general, Muslims have never shown the slightest interest in peaceful coexistence with non-Muslims. Even if most Muslims are not jihadis, most do not speak out against jihadist attacks. Many thus appear quietly to support jihadis. That there are also peaceful Muslim individuals who respect other faiths does not change this tragic fact.

That is why non-Muslims in the West have every right to fear one day being exposed to the same treatment at the hands of Muslims. The fear non-Muslims have of Islamic attacks is, based on recent evidence, both rational and justified.

Given how unspeakably non-Muslims are treated in majority Muslim countries, including Turkey, who can blame them for being concerned about the possible Islamization of their own free societies?

Why does Turkey, which seems to hate its own Christians, want to have visa-free access to Christian Europe, anyway?"

But another question, perhaps even more pertinent, is why so many of our elites are so hellbent on ADMITTING Christian Europe's age-old muslim foe??? AFTER Erdogan raided Zaman, AFTER he took away opposition party members' basic parliamentary rights, AFTER years of jailing journalists, AFTER sacking tens of thousands of public servants, judges, officers and teachers deemed AKP-hostile post the recent failed coup...


... Jean-Claude Juncker, EU Commission Chairman, of the Luxembourgian Christian Social People's Party CSV no less (!!!), tells the world: "Closing the EU door for Turkey would be a grave error."

THE JOYS OF MULTICULTURALISM: THE VANESSA MUENSTERMANN CASE.

Last Friday, at a Hannover court (that's Hannover in Germany), the trial against 32-year old Daniel F. began. Sadly, when his 27-year old girlfriend Vanessa Muenstermann broke their relationship, Daniel F. was still under the impression he was entitled to punish her in the customary way - i.e., customary in whatever third world hellhole he came from: with an acid attack.





I'm not speaking out against multiracial relationships, but, although I don't like to say it out loud, white women should think twice before embarking with black men. It doesn't have to be bad - but from what I've been able to witness thus far, even in my very own family (talking about one of my nieces here), it usually does not end well.

By contrast, relationships between Whites and Asians seem to be far more stable.





Will Miss Muenstermann now reject multiculturalism, even though she is as good as blind to one eye and as good as deaf to one ear?

I seriously doubt it. The effects of 5 decades of leftist brainwashing are not easily undone.

Anyway, this humble post as well as the previous one are just some tidbits of evidence that there's a huge - yuge - hatefest brewing against the White Race, which is weakening on a daily basis. Indeed, as a percentage of the world population Whites are diminishing rapidly. In absolute terms, same trend.

The knives are being sharpened, and if you are white, you better be prepared.

RIO DE JANEIRO: AN AMAZING WALK ON THE STATUE OF CHRIST THE REDEEMER.

A video from Brazil, but nothing to do with the Olympics: a couple of technicians apparently used to great heights perform some maintenance tasks on lightning rods along the statue of Christ The Redeemer's arms:





The statue of Christ the Redeemer (in Portuguese: Cristo Redentor) was built between 1922 and 1931 on top of the 700-metre Corcovado mountain, and for its construction reinforced concrete covered with soapstone (steatite, a metamorphic rock rich in magnesium) was used. The Polish-French designer Paul Landowski chose for an Art Deco style, but the head is the work of the Romanian sculptor Gheorghe Leonida. Actual construction was by the engineering duo Heitor da Silva Costa and Albert Caquot, a French national. The statue of Christ The Redeemer weighs 635 metric tons and has a height of 30 metres (98 ft), not counting the 8-metre (26 ft) pedestal. Its arms stretch 28 metres (92 ft) wide.

Personally, I am also very much in favor of banning islam in my own country. Unfortunately, since 1972 islam is a recognized religion in Belgium, which means its imams are paid and "screened" mosques receive subsidies. This means it is already firmly entrenched in society's fabric - and we also do not have Poland's luxury of muslims constituting a mere 0.1 per cent of the population (there are an estimated 700,000 muslims in Belgium, or about 6 per cent).

No, the first step should be to suspend that recognition. Muslims would still be free however to practice their "religion".

But merely this to happen, in a politically correct climate that's as sick as in Belgium, would already be a miracle.


As for Miriam Shaded, that's one lady to follow! She's the President of the Estera Foundation, which has set itself the goal of bringing Syrian Christian refugees to Poland. She is a very strong critic of islam.

RECOMMENDED READS: GIULIO MEOTTI'S "ISLAM'S QUIET CONTEST OF EUROPE."

Over at the indispensable The Gatestone Institute, Giulio Meotti writes:

"...Last month, the Wall Street Journal published an interview with France's director of domestic intelligence, Patrick Calvar. "The confrontation is inevitable," Mr. Calvar said. There are an estimated 15,000 Salafists among France's seven million Muslims, "whose radical-fundamentalist creed dominates many of the predominantly Muslim housing projects at the edges of cities such as Paris, Nice or Lyon. Their preachers call for a civil war, with all Muslims tasked to wipe out the miscreants down the street."

These Salafists openly challenge France's way of life and do not make a secret of their willingness to overthrow the existing order in Europe through violent means, terror attacks and physical intimidation. But paradoxically, if the Islamists' threat to Europe were confined to the Salafists, it would be easier to defeat it.

There is in fact another threat, even more dangerous because it is more difficult to decipher. It has just been dubbed by the magazine Valeurs Actuelles, "the quiet conquest". It is "moderate" Islam's sinuous project of producing submission. "Its ambition is clear: changing French society. Slowly but surely".

That threat is personified in the main character of Michel Houellebecq's novel, Submission: Mohammed Ben Abbes, the "moderate" Muslim who becomes France's president and converts the state to Islam. And from where does President Ben Abbes start his Islamization? The Sorbonne University. It is already happening: Qatar recently made a significant donation to this famous university, to sponsor the education of migrants.

In France, the quiet conquest has the face of the Union of the Islamic Organizations of France (UOIF), which a Simon Wiesenthal Center report charged with "anti-Semitism, advocacy and financing of terrorism and call to Jihad... "

Not only does UOIF not encourage the integration of Moslems in France," the report states, "it actually provides a nursery for the most radical Islamist positions."

In Italy we have just witnessed the strategy of this "moderate Islam." The largest and most influential Islamic organization, l'Unione delle comunità ed organizzazione islamiche in Italia (Ucoii), sponsored Milan's first Muslim councilwoman, Sumaya Abdel Qader, a veiled candidate of the center-left coalition. Qader's husband, Abdallah Kabakebbji, openly called for the destruction of the State of Israel: "It is a historical mistake, a scam", he wrote on Facebook. His solution? "Ctrl + Alt + Delete".

Qader won the race over a real moderate Muslim, the unveiled Somali activist, Maryan Ismail. I met Mrs. Ismail at a pro-Israel forum in Milan. After losing the election, she broke with Italy's Democratic Party in an open letter: "The Democratic Party has chosen to dialogue with obscurantist Islam. Once again, the souls of modern, plural and inclusive Islam were not heard".

Take two "stars" of this French "moderate Islam." The first one is Tariq Ramadan, the grandson of Hassan al-Banna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood, the motto of which is: "Allah is our objective; the Prophet is our leader; the Quran is our law; Jihad is our way; dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope."

Ramadan does not hide in Raqqa or shoot at French citizens. By applying for French citizenship, he would like to become one of them. His office is in the Parisian suburb of Saint Denis; he has written 30 books and he has two million Facebook followers. Ramadan has academic chairs all over the world, he is the director of the Research Center for Islamic Law in Doha (Qatar) and the president of the European Muslim Network. He publicly campaigns for Islam along with Italy's former prime minister, Massimo D'Alema. Ramadan recently explained his vision for Europe and France: "Islam is a French religion and the French language is a language of Islam".

Ramadan's project is not the hoped-for Europeanization of Islam, but the not-hoped-for frightful Islamization of Europe. He opposes the assimilation of Muslims into French culture and society. A few days before the election in Milan, Ramadan was in Italy to endorse the candidacy of Sumaya Abdel Qader.

The second French "star" is Dalil Boubakeur, the rector of the Grand Mosque of Paris. In 1989, Boubakeur justified the persecution of Salman Rushdie by Ayatollah Khomeini. In 2002, he testified for the prosecution against the writer Michel Houellebecq. In 2006, he sued Charlie Hebdo in court, after the publication of the Danish Mohammed cartoons. Last year, Boubakeur called for the conversion of churches into mosques and asked to "double" the number of mosques in France...."

"...Qatar, with its Al Jazeera television megaphone, is also very active in sponsoring Muslim Brotherhood Islamic radicalism all over Europe. The Qatari royal family, for example, in 2015 donated £11 million to Oxford's St. Anthony's College, where Tariq Ramadan teaches. Qatar also announced that it was willing to spend $65 million in the French suburbs, home to the vast majority of the six million Muslims in France.

Today in Europe, several scenarios are possible, including the worst. Among them, there is a civil war, which many are beginning to talk about, including Patrick Calvar, the director of domestic intelligence. This is what the Islamic State is looking for: unleashing a blind repression so that the Muslim population will show solidarity with the revolutionary minority. Yet, there is still worse possible outcome: that nothing happens and we continue as is.

The end is more important than the means. The Islamic State has the same goal as most of the members of so-called "moderate Islam": domination under the sharia. Many supposedly "moderate Muslims", even if they do not commit violent acts themselves, support them quietly. They support them by not speaking out against them. If they do speak out against them, they usually do so in coded terms, such as that they are "against terrorism," or that what concerns them about violent acts by Muslims is the possibility of a "backlash" against them.

Violent jihadis, however, are not the only means of transforming Europe, and perhaps are even counterproductive: they could awaken the nations they attack. Soft and more discreet means, such as social pressure and propaganda, are even more dangerous, and possibly even more effective: they are harder to see, such as the West's acceptance of dual judiciary and legal systems; sharia finance (if there had been a "Nazi finance" system, in which all financial transactions went to strengthening the Third Reich, what effect might that have had on World War II?), and the proliferation in the West of mosques and extremist Islamic websites. Although there are indeed many real "moderate Muslims", there are also still many who are not...."

Even when not counting the MSM's non-coverage of this essential information, there's so many grassroots as well as established organizations, bloggers, pundits et al distributing this vital knowledge that one could muse that, to paraphrase the great Winston Churchill, "never in the field of human conflict so many got told so much by so many and still did not do anything with it".

If it continues like that, we are definitely not headed for our finest hours, quite the contrary.

BASEL, SWITZERLAND: SWISS POLICE SEIZE CHEMICALS FOR BOMBMAKING AT THE HOME OF A CERTAIN "ABDULLAH".

I'm sure you know about the 86-year old French priest, Father Jacques Hamel, whose throat was slit earlier this week by IS symphatizers; possibly you've also heard of the Belgian priest, Father Jos Vanderlee, who was attacked with a knife by an 'asylum seeker' who abused the priest's kindness (Father Vanderlee survived). Also fairly unmissable was the knife attack this morning on Russel Square in London whereby a "Norwegian" of Somali origin killed one person and wounded five others.

But I bet you haven't heard of this one yet: François Desouche reporting on Swiss police thwarting the efforts of an islamic bombmaker to reward his host country's hospitality with bombs:

"Basel: police discovers several chemical products destined for bomb making at the home of a 31-year old radicalised Basel resident. The latter is very angry.

Has Switzerland ducked a bomb attack? Possibly. Indeed, police discovered several chemical products for fabricating bombs in the house of a young Swiss of 31 years in Arlesheim.

The man, called Abdullah, is known for his islamist sympathies. Indeed, he participated in the founding of the Conseil Central Islamique Suisse (CCIS) [Central Islamic Council Switzerland]. He was responsible for providing intelligence for salafist troops until 2010, and would also belong to the inner circle of the vicious Biennois Nicolas Blancho. [a 'Biennois' is a resident of Biel/Bienne, Switzerland's tenth city. Nicolas Blancho is a notorious firebrand convert who openly preaches wahhabism and wants to introduce sharia in Switzerland - MFBB]."

In other news, an Afghan refugee, who reportedly goes by the name of Tawoos Hadukhil, is actively sought after by French police since there is evidence that the man intends to commit a suicide attack.
