SATURDAY NIGHT NEIL DIAMOND, JUDIE TZUKE.

Neil Diamond with Solitary Man.

Brilliant debut single from the Year of Our Lord 1966. Love the horns.

And for the romantic souls among us, Judie Tzuke with Stay with me till dawn, a nice ballad from her 1979 debut album Welcome to the cruise. I remember it well from my early teen years.

Her family emigrated from Poland to the UK in the twenties, and changed their surname from Tzuke to Myers. So she was born a Judie Myers. As a respectful nod to her ancestors she adopted 'Tzuke' again as her stage name.

Slaap wel.

RECOMMENDED READS: KATIE PAVLICH'S ARTICLE ON PARENTS OF CHILDREN MURDERED BY ILLEGAL ALIENS.

Via TownHall, Katie's column addresses the suffering of parents whose children were murdered by illegal aliens - and how the government's insane open border policy is responsible for that.

"When Kate Steinle was killed in the sanctuary city of San Francisco last week by an illegal alien who had been deported five times with seven felonies on his record, I pointed out that unfortunately her case isn't an isolated incident. Thanks to open border, anti-interior immigration enforcement policies and a lack of immigration law enforcement , violent criminal aliens are walking the streets of America right now and they've taken many innocent lives along the way.

Last night on Hannity, parents whose children have been killed by illegal aliens spoke out about their own personal hell created by a failed government system.

"To me what matters is that my only child, my son Dominic, is no longer with me. And it's not because he drove carelessly and did anything wrong, it was because he was on his way to work on his motorcycle and a guy who has been here for eight years committing many crimes, including felony armed robbery, two DUIs, decided the law doesn't apply to him because there were no consequences before," Sabine Durden said. "I've been fighting about this for years. I know other families who have been fighting this and its been swept under the rug for years."

"Our lives will never be the same, he was my only child," she continued.

"It's government that did this. It's cherry picking laws because you're trying to import votes or you're trying to import cheap labor, it doesn't matter, the laws are being cherry picked and there's consequences for that and my son paid for that," Dan Golvach said about his son, who was shot in the head by an illegal alien (who had been deported four times with a violent criminal record) while parked at a red light. "He blew my son's brains out. It didn't end there because he moved down the road and shot another young man...then he shot a couple."

"I'm looking at this and thinking and listening to all of these other stories and thinking the lenience that our government is showing these illegals is costing innocent American lives," Mary Ann Mendoza, whose son was killed by an illegal alien going the wrong way on the freeway while drunk, said."

RNC Chairman (and Ueber Wimp) Reince Priebus reportedly talked wiht Donald Trump on the phone for an hour or so, advising him to tone it down. I'm no fan of Trump, not at all, but at least he's telling it like it is.

That the fucking scoundrel and horrible abomination who has the audactity to call himself POTUS, aka Barack Obama, chooses to remain silent now, that's something I understand.

That the GOP establishment is doing the same, is utterly disgusting.

Kate Steinle, and so many others, rest in peace. God bless.

BILL WHITTLE ON THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY'S RACIST PAST.

A must-see video by Bill Whittle. Although of course, we rightwingers know all that or at least suspected it.

It should rather be a must-see video for America's blacks. AND legions of gullible white low info voters.

RECOMMENDED READS: KHALED ABU TOAMEH'S "WHEN PALESTINIANS DIE IN JAIL."

Via the indispensable The Gatestone Institute, an article by Khaled Abu Toameh, When Palestinians die in jail:

"Three Palestinian men were found dead in their jail cells in the West Bank and Gaza Strip this past week.

But their stories did not attract the attention of the international media or human rights organizations in the U.S. and Europe. Nor was their case brought to the attention of the United Nations or the International Criminal Court (ICC).

By contrast, the case of 17-year-old Mohamed Kasba, who was shot dead north of Jerusalem by an Israeli army officer as he attacked the officer's car with stones, received widespread coverage in the Western media.

The UN even rushed to condemn the killing of Kasba, and called for an "immediate end" to violence and for everyone to keep calm. "This reaffirms the need for a political process aiming to establish two states living beside each other safely and peacefully," said UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Nickolay Maldenov.

The UN official, needless to say, made no reference to the deaths that occurred in the Palestinian Authority (PA) and Hamas jails. He did not even see a need to express concern over the deaths or call for an investigation. Like the mainstream media in the West, the UN chooses to look the other way when Palestinians torture or kill fellow Palestinians.

The reason the case of the three detainees will not interest anyone in the international community is because the men did not die in an Israeli jail. Instead, the three men died while being held in Palestinian-controlled jails.

 photo abbas_zps7g7qprhm.jpg

It's no fun finding yourself in a PA jail, but you won't hear that from our lamestream media.

Had the three men died in Israeli detention, their names would have most likely appeared on the front pages of most leading Western newspapers. The families of the three men would have also been busy talking to Western journalists about Israeli "atrocities" and "human rights violations."

But no respected Western journalist is going to visit any of the families of the three detainees: they did not die in an Israeli jail.

The same week that the three Palestinian men were found dead in jail, the UN Human Rights Council decided to adopt a resolution condemning Israel over the UN report into last year's Operation Protective Edge in the Gaza Strip. Again, the UN Human Rights Council chose to ignore human rights violations by Hamas and the Palestinian Authority, who deny detainees basic rights and proper medical treatment.

Two of them died in PA security installations in Bethlehem, while the third was found dead in a Hamas-controlled jail in the Gaza Strip.

The two detainees who were found dead in their jail cells in Bethlehem are Shadi Mohamed Obeidallah and Hazem Yassin Udwan. The man who died in the Gaza Strip jail was identified as Khaled Hammad al-Balbisi.

The Palestinian Authority and Hamas claim that the three men committed suicide.

In the case of Obeidallah, the Palestinian Authority police said he hanged himself with a piece of cloth inside the jail restrooms. He was taken into custody on suspicion of committing a murder three years ago.

The second man, Udwan, died a few days later in another Bethlehem police facility. According to police officials, he too committed suicide.

The detainee in the Gaza Strip, al-Balbisi, was being held by Hamas authorities for allegedly assaulting his wife.

But al-Balbisi, 43, apparently did not commit suicide. He was very ill when he was arrested by the Hamas security forces, and did not receive proper medical care while in detention.

The Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR), a Gaza-based non-profit group dedicated to protecting human rights, promoting the rule of law and upholding democratic principles in the Palestinian territories, called for an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deaths of the detainees.

"PCHR stresses that the Palestinian Authority is responsible for the lives of prisoners and detainees under its control and is thus responsible for treating them with dignity, including offering them medical care," the group said in a statement...."

EU FOREIGN POLICY CHIEF FEDERICA MOGHERINI GOES STARK RAVING BONKERS: "ISLAM BELONGS IN EUROPE."

Via Dutch site GeenStijl, some shocking statements from the EU's "Foreign Minister", Federica Mogherini. I never thought I would miss Catherine Ashton.

"Islam holds a place in our Western societies. Islam belongs in Europe. It holds a place in Europe's history, in our culture, in our food and – what matters most – in Europe's present and future." "Throughout our European history, many have tried to unify our continent by imposing their own power, their own ideology, their own identity against the identity of someone else."

"Daʼesh is Islam's worst enemy in today's world. Its victims are first and foremost Muslim people. Islam is a victim itself."

"For this reason I am not afraid to say that political Islam should be part of the picture. Religion plays a role in politics – not always for good, not always for bad."

I can't find the heart to post more quotes from that speech, check it yourself here, but please, please, PLEEEEEAAAAAAAASE!!!!!!, someone shut this INSANE woman's piehole and send her packing, like, RIGHT NOW !!! She studied Political Science, which means she's too fucking dumb to do anything requiring real intelligence on the one hand, and too fucking lump to do anything useful with her hands, but maybe, just maybe, she can stand somewhere inside the EU Parliament holding a neon signpost pointing to the Parliament's restaurant (provided she can find a power socket and plug the jack in the correct way).

EU Foreign Policy Minister in the Iran Nuclear Negotiations talks, which have proven to be a TREMENDOUS success (*). The guy to the right is Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.

Some relevant bio facts about Federica Mogherini:

* member of the Italian Communist Youth Federation from 1988
* in 1996 joined the Youth Left after the dissolution of the Italian Communist Party before its transformation into a social democratic party.
* In 2001 she became a member of the National Council of the Democrats of the Left (DS), later serving on its National Executive Board and Political Committee.
* In 2003 she started working at the DS's Foreign Affairs Section
* Mogherini was in charge of maintaining relations with the Party of European Socialists, the Socialist International and other Left-wing parties, including with the US Democratic Party.

Need some more info? What did you say? Oh, the topic of her thesis while she was a student Political Science? I got that: it was called "Relationship between religion and politics in Islam". Ik kid you not.

It's things like this which give me nightmares. People like Mogherine are the gravediggers of western civilization.

INDISPENSABLE BBQ TIPS BROUGHT TO YOU BY LINDSEY PELAS!

Via Theo Spark:

I think it is safe to assume Miz Pelas will not pick up Sir Tim Hunt's cancer research. Neither, I fear, can we count too much on her to help solve SpaceX's Dragon problems.

But at least you now know how not to mess up the summer BBQ's!
