Semi-legendary band from Greater Manchester, Salford to be exact. Formed in 1976. Frontman Ian Curtis committed suicide in 1980, aged not even 24.
Heart with Alone. Album Bad Animals (1987).
They are still around, and Nancy and Ann Wilson are still on board. Even had a new album this year, Beautiful Broken. Metallica's James Hetfield contributed to the title track.
