The Style Council with Shout to the top. It was released as a single in 1984, but you can also find it on the deluxe edition of their 1985 album Our Favourite Shop.
Short lived (1983-1986) pop/soul collective around Paul Weller and Mick Talbot. But the band did produce some songs worth listening to.
