MILITARY GAMES LONDON 2012.

The British MoD will deploy 13,500 troops, Typhoon Jets, light tanks, Rapier anti-aircraft missiles and, oh, an aircraft carrier to maintain security at London's Olympic Games 2012.















I.... don't think that when Pierre de Coubertin famously said that "The important thing in life is not the triumph but the struggle, the essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well" he had the deployment of Rapier anti-aircraft missiles and HMS Ocean in mind.
