SATURDAY NIGHT BOZ SCAGGS, PREFAB SPROUT.

Sorry for being AWOL for such a long time, but first, in the runup to our holiday, it was such a hectic thing to get company stuff done in time, and then while away in Scotland and the Lake District I had the greatest difficulty to get online. Neither of the two cottages we stayed in had wifi so I had to rely on the ole Huawei modem, and it must be that the coverage in the places we stayed in - Drumnadrochit in Scotland, Coniston in the UK - wasn't optimal, to say the least. Loading a page took aeons sometimes.

Anyway, first Boz Scaggs with What can I say? From the album Silk Degrees (1976).

A gem from the seventies. They don't make 'em like this any anymore. They weren't shy either of using brass instruments.

Then it's Prefab Sprout with Faron Young.

From the album Steve McQueen (1985).

Goedenacht.
